In order to keep everyone safe, we have a few guidelines in place for visiting & using the library safely (updated 2/28/2022):
Masks are Recommended
Mask/Face Coverings are recommended, but not required, in the library building.
Masks/Face Coverings are required for attendees over the age of 2, regardless of vaccination status, in the Meeting Room during programs where attendees under the age of 18 are present (i.e. Youth, Teen, and Family Programs).
Food & Drink are Not Allowed
Food & Uncovered Beverages are not allowed in the building. Eating is not allowed in the building.
Hand Sanitize
We have hand sanitizer available at all service desks. We ask that you sanitize before interacting with library surfaces (browsing the books, using the computer, etc.)
Computer Usage
Computer users may request a mouse and/or keyboard cover when using our Public Computers. They are available at the Adult and Youth Service Desks.
In-Person Program Adjustments
- Most In-Person programs are limited to 10 participants in order to help facilitate social distancing.
- Masks are required of all program attendees over the age of 2, regardless of vaccination status, when attendees under the age of 18 are present (i.e. all Youth, Teen, and Family Programs)
- Family/Caretakers are asked to wait for their child in the library, but outside of the Meeting Room, during programs (unless a family program or children are under the age of 5)
Feeling Unwell?
Please stay home if you or someone in your household/bubble are not feeling well. We are happy to assist you over the phone with renewing items or extending your holds if you are unable to reach the library due to illness. You can also opt for curbside pick-up, but please wear a mask during all interactions.
